canada Dental Care Plan (CDCP)

Vaughan City Denture Clinic is pleased to accept the Canada Dental Care Plan (CDCP), which will help cover a wide range of oral health care services, including complete dentures and partial removable dentures, with some services becoming available November 2024.

To apply for the CDCP and find out if you are eligible, please visit the CDCP service portal by clicking this link. To confirm your enrolment or to check the status of your application, you can call 1-833-537-4342, and select option number 2. Once your application is processed, you'll receive a welcome letter from Sunlife which will include:
  • information on the CDCP
  • your member card
  • your coverage start date
